Liz had originally come to me for a upstairs bathroom renovation on her newly purchased 1885 home in Dryden, NY in the summer of 2023, which I completed in the subsequent fall of 2023. During that time, she had mentioned that she wanted to replace her kitchen from the early nineties and wished to start the project in the Spring of 2024.
I started the project in February and completely gutted the original kitchen. This project had it all, from new flooring through 70% of the first floor area, to an updated dining room and a new glass French door to open up the space while keeping the original charm of the home.
All of the cabinetry is Kemper Choice from Master Brand cabinets. The Frigidaire Appliances from Thayer Appliance in Ithaca, NY, the cabinet hardware from Top Knobs, and the granite countertop from Stone and Tile Tec out of Freeville, NY.
Out of all of the changes, my favorite part would be the custom granite windows sills and trim details at the doors and windows.
