During the deck project at this same address, I was asked to take a look at the kitchen and what I thought a rough estimate would be to renovate it. Through several changes and meetings, and even more expansions of scope, we finally finished the kitchen in midsummer of 2025. This project was a big one.

Custom stairs, custom trim, cabinetry, re-insulating the entire ceiling, hardwood hickory flooring throughout the entire house. The beautiful herringbone motif that is in several aspects of the house. It turned an outdated 1960’s home into an open and inviting space perfect for 2025.
